CoA's mid-season rule-change benefiting govt employees under scanner

In a fresh attack on the Supreme Court-appointed CoA, BCCI acting secretary Amitabh Choudhary has questioned the mid-season rule change which has enabled wards of government employees to switch state teams as local players.
