Close on the heels of the threat issued by the world archery to ban Indian archers from competing internationally if the Archery Association of India’s (AAI) elections were held according to the amended constitution, the sports ministry has now asked the Delhi High Court-appointed administrator, S Y Qureshi, to postpone the elections on Dec 22 while rejecting the draft of the revised constitution submitted before the apex court.
