Vinod Rai wants to avoid Kohli-Kumble mismanagement

In the wake of appointing a cricket advisory committee to select the next head coach of the Indian women's team, CoA chairman Vinod Rai has conceded that he wants to avoid a repeat of the process when Ravi Shastri replaced Anil Kumble as the coach of the men's team last year.
