BCCI Mess: Where is player's committee, asks Pillai

Speaking to TOI, Pillai, who belongs to the Kerala cadre of the 1972 batch of IAS, said: "It is indeed surprising why the CoA has not made any effort whatsoever to have the players' (steering) committee in place. How can the apex council be formed if the players' panel is not formed first at the BCCI and the state association levels?"
